We offer express shipping for online orders, your orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS/DHL/UPS website. You will get your orders in 3-5 days after payment.
Delivery Notice Email with Delivery tracking number and tracking website will be sent to your registered email address after your order is processed for the local Postal Service, you will be able to track the delivery within 1-2 business days after the notice. Cancel:
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after sending payment. If your package has not been sent out, we will stop it. If your package has been sent out, you could keep it or return it when you get it. Please confirm your order before sending payment. Thanks You!
Replacement:
Replacement applied when a certain product run out of stock suddenly, especially in busy season. Small gifts offered occasionally if replacement is accepted by customers. We will send E-mail to you if product you order is out of stock.
Return:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We won't afford shipping fee of your return. Your return package that arrive COD will be denied. Please pay fees to shipping company first for your return.
